This Structure is symbolic of Martin L King Speech I've Been To The Mountain Top.
It is built of Wood and Ply to look like a Mountain in the form of a Pyramid, covered with dirt and grass with ledges that you can plant flowers.

In the front it is built with an opening for a Bust Sculpture of King, with a sign at the top with the Words "Been To The Mountain Top".

Should be about twelve feet tall, and about eight feet at the base on four sides.

Could also have a water fountain at the Top controlled by a pump (inside the structure) that runs down in a kind of a gutter to the base.
